Truly United

Car Enthusiasts often pledge allegiance to Car Clubs that share a common interest in how they tune, modify or take care of their automobiles. It usually starts out great, you join a club or community, meet a lot of fellow enthusiasts, get good deals and advice on how to go about on your build. But more often than not, as in any organized group, the ugly side of Car Club Politics shows its face. Lest we forget, this sub culture that we belong to is about leisure and having fun. Somehow along the way we get side tracked and get drawn  by the intrigues, the deception and the power tripping that comes with. Human nature perhaps? Probably. It is the sad reality of most if not all Automotive Communities in existence.

GE GaragE and HCCP (Honda City Club of the Philippines) are by products of this grim reality. They just wanted to have a community purely based on enthusiasm and camaraderie not dictated by personalities. In a span of almost 2 years, both these clubs have earned it's street cred amongst its peers in the Honda Community and have learned to co exist as bretheren to a common goal.

This month, GE GaragE and HCCP will come together yet again in another ground breaking Meet sponsored by their friends at Speedlab who is gracious enough to host it.

Hope to see all of you GE and GM Freaks out there as Function Addiction will be covering this momentus event.

GE GaragE X HCCP = United in their individuality.
